Bought a Samsung Galaxy S8 in "mint" condition. Physically flawless but NOT in sellable condition. Wouldn't hold a charge, and when the battery died (as it would within a few hours WITHOUT even using it) it wouldn't charge, displaying a charging error due to moisture detection. On top of all that, the phone box and all contents Reeked of cigarette smoke (or some other drug -- buyer denied anyone in his household of smoking cigarettes). Anyways, the seller was courteous and thanks to Swappa's policies I was able to get a complete refund.
