Packaging not real good. Phone not reset to factory clean. Still got it working and well at that. Proof that you can’t judge a book by the cover. THANKS

Item damage needs to be SHOWN in pictures. Most significant damage was cropped out of photos. Description didn’t disclose that the iPhone was a Canadian model. Wasn’t super thrilled with all that.
BUT, the seller was fairly quick to respond and they made things right by fully refunding since the phone wouldn’t work on my US carrier.

The iPhone X was near mint as described, arrived in one day, and packaged perfectly to prevent damage. Thanks!
