in the item q&a the seller said the screen was perfect with no scratches - untrue - it had scratches. I told him about it and he offered nothing - I should have returned it but didn't want to hassle.

The phone arrived quickly but was not in the condition described and the return address provided by PayPal differed from the one the seller provided on this site after I had ship already shipped the product back.
