I'm sure the seller is a nice guy, but he deceptively overstated the condition of his phone to get more cash for it. It was dirty and gross when I received it. I uploaded photos to prove it and the Swappa staff apparently didn't agree or help me in any way. Seller didn't clean it before he shipped it and did not qualify under Swappa's mint definition of "No signs of use". I had to clean it to bring it to an acceptable condition. Not the end of the world, but he pocketed $100 over the next lower condition of "good" and did not agree to reimburse me a fair amount. I asked to split the difference at $50 and he refused. So I'm SOL. Buyer beware of both Swappa support (got none) and seller. At least the phone appears to work.

2. Seller was kindly able to handle change of shipping address
3. Seller mislabeled condition of phone to pocket more money for himself
4. Seller never sent me a fair $50 partial refund for this deception
