Received the phone and extras promptly, but the phone was rooted. This was not disclosed in the descriptions. Now I have to unroot the phone in order to get my corporate email app to work.

Seller handled all my questions.
Seller provided more pictures as to my request. However when I got the device and seller stated the scratches were not noticeable. Upon reviewing the additional pictures phone looked good. I received the phone and found scratches that are definitely noticeable. Even scratches on camera lense.
