I don't think the device is actually in mint condition. The body of the phone is great but the screen is not - it is easy to see very fine scratches in it, particularly under bright light or daylight. It's not worth the hassle to do anything about/return and a screen protector makes them impossible to see...but I don't think that it meets the description and therefore don't feel that this deserves a five star rating.
