sold me a financed/stolen phone, not an original box.

I was not satisfied with the packaging that was used to send the phone causing it to arrive loose, face down in a large box causing scratches on the display and dents on the outside of what was supposed to be a mint phone. The seller said that he packed it properly and haven’t had issues before so I don’t want to give only 1 Star, but I am confident that the seller should have packed the phone better.
