The band of the watch was ripped off completely making it unusable without buying a new band. This wasn't mentioned in the listing. I wasn't aware that items that didn't work could be sold on swappa. Avoid this seller at all costs. She started I sent a pic of another item not the one she had sent me. Horrible customer service.
