Super fast shipping and secure packaging! The phone was exactly as described, and the seller was very active and responsive in communication. Highly recommend!

Package was missing my name and address was incomplete. The top shell has micro fractures due to shipping and poor packaging. The io plate popped off because the clips cracked. I had to dismantle the entire console to remove all the small plastic pieces that broke. At this point it would have been better just to stuff everything in a flat rate box and be done with it. There was too much play in the box, meaning it was not prone to damage because it wasnt tightly packed and was very loose. On top of that the controllers were filthy and one of the controllers has drift. This was not mint and very unlikely "Barely Used". I am very lucky that the console still works. Completely Unprofessional.
