Device was in, frankly, better shape than described in the ad. There were only a couple of very minor cracks in the trim around the device, otherwise, the phone was in mint condition. Item shipped within 48 hours of purchase, seller explained the slight delay was to flash the newest version of the OS onto the phone (newer than what the phone was advertised as running.)

Would gladly do business with this seller again!
