Phone was faulty from factory, and was neither seller's fault or any fault of my own. We agree to send it back. I paid for fully insured return shipping out of pocket even though I could have requested a prepaid return label, and even threw in the now unneeded phone case in the shipment. Seller gets phone, seller says phone works fine, and because HE says it works fine, declines ME a full refund, and starts talking partial refunds. Seller made no offer to refund upon taking delivery of device, and instead spent the time he did have, to tell me that I was wrong, and to tell me how he used the phone for a while with no issues, and this, that and the third. Days pass, I have no phone, and no money, and no response from seller. When I decide to take the matter to PayPal, seller responds back in mere minutes saying how busy he was; he had plenty of time to tell me I was wrong, but of course, was "too busy" to talk about refunding my money. Go figure. Did not reach resolution with seller.
