Phone is great. But it took 7 days for this phone to get to Portland Oregon from LA California. It was sent via Media Mail (it's not a media mail) and with a proof of signature (people don't have time to go to the post office in this time of year). Also couldn't unlock it (T-Mobile said that because it wasn't bought from them directly). So overall, not a nice experience. I will Make sure next time to ask the seller to send it 2 days priority with no proof of signature.

The phone received was exactly as described. Great seller. It did take a while to receive the package. Overall 5 stars.

The process was very quick and easy. Seller shipped the phone the same day and provided a tracking address. I was very skeptical about swappa but so far so good! Will update this review in a couple months if everything still goes well!

Good seller! Everything was shipped promptly and arrived very quickly! The phone, battery, and charger we're all sealed in the oem plastic still. So I believe it was indeed NEW and would recommend him.

Phone came in a timely manner. Exterior and general functionality of phone was as described. Seller failed to notice major screen burn in, and screen was described as mint. Will most likely have to have screen repaired or replaced.
