I've had a pleasant experience working with Nicholas. The phone arrived in great condition with some accessories bundled.

Poor communication and significant delays in processing.

Device was purchased on Fri 12/29.

Payment posted on Saturday 12/30.

Device shipped on Friday 1/5.

Arrived on Monday 1/8 in great condition. I have no issues with phone but the seller had payment for almost a full week before shipping to me and that is unacceptable. Communication was awful, always delayed and just excuses. I honestly thought most people would be highly motivated to sell but that was not the case. i would have preferred buying from a better seller instead of giving my money to this one.

Very good to work with and received the device as described. Very happy with my computer.
