Phone was not protected during shipping. Luckily only the tempered glass cracked.

Phone condition and operation were good as described. Shipping and delivery were prompt. A very good deal.

Packaged arrived very quickly. Phone was bubble wrapped and very secure. It was as described if not better. There was an issue seller worked quickly to get resolved. It was not on part of the seller but the carrier. It made me understand why no one likes sprint. Called 4 times received 5 different responses. Finally went to the store and 1 1/2 hours later we're good to go. Sellers communication was good. When he's ready to sell his galaxy 7 edge I'd buy.

Set up shipping 1 day after sale then did not ship for 4 more days. Poor packing resulted in the phone shaking freely in the box. Made the package signature required, resulting in an extra day delay. Item itself was ok, there are a couple of common defects that probably should have been disclosed. Also did not factory reset the phone.

Disappointing to say the least.

Seller listed device as a 32 gb, but sold a 16gb instead. He claims it was a mistake. I'd advise future buyers to question this sellers future listings to avoid the aggravation I just went thru
