great phone with many accessories included; case, charger, and tool to open sim card holder. everything was very clean, orderly, and phone is fully functional as far as i can see.

the only issue that i had was that neither the seller nor swappa replied to my question as to whether this would be compatible with my phone service. i had to buy a new sim card so i'm glad it worked out.
