Terrible customer service and communication. Paid for express shipping so it could reach in 1 or 2 days because I was leaving the country in 5 days, however the seller pocketed the money and delivered using regular shipping, thinking it would have reached in time, but it came in 2 days late. Had to get in contact with Swappa to intervene. Just received the product because I had to ask someone to bring the phone with them. Item came as described, however, will never recommend this seller, and will never buy from him again.
