Device delivered in condition represented (new, but opened). Seller shipped device in Fedex box with a lot of padding, so that was great. The only thing vs other sellers on the site is that communication in the buying process was definitely slower than 5 star sellers and shipping was a little bit slower as well. Still, good overall experience.
