I received the device in the condition expected. When I ran into trouble with the device, the seller was very prompt to try and resolve the matter. OF NOTE: The issue I encountered WAS ON MY END. The seller had no fault at all with my difficulty but was never the less very helpful.

However, the item did take an additional 2 business days to ship and shipped without the charging cable that was noted as included in the description.

Completely satisfied with sale.Box was damaged, but that could have happened while in USPS possession. Phone works great.

take 6 days to receive the device missing the USB cable seller told me I will ship you one but it's been a week I haven't receive it other than that device works fine .
