Seller advised the tablet was purchased new a little over a year ago and Samsung advised the tablet was purchased 2.5 years prior in 2022. The second case provided did not fit the tablet. After having to pay 45$ to ship the tablet back , seller issued refund by e-check which takes 8 business days to refund. Seller did not address concerns of the tablet's age and agreed to a refund. Seller did say the case was just an extra and that they could not guarantee fitment for an extra item thrown in. Worst experience on swappa in the last 13+ years of buying and selling on swappa.

Update* I was not implying the refund was intentionally long, it is inconvenient and part of my experience. The refund method was the default method and not intentionally long.
