Device and equipment as listed, very quick shipping. Seller also went above and beyond and notified me that I might want to contact sprint and have a sim card sent out as it was required for activation and are not always carried by the stores.

Shipping was slow. Scratches on screen were worse than stated. He said Not visible when screen on, barely when off. But the one in the middle is deep enough to feel with fingernail. And very visible, even with screen on.

Sells stolen phones, not willing to refund. Working with Swappa and my Credit Card company. This guy is pure evil!

Item was prepared for shipment and USPS notified the same night I ordered! 10:00 p.m. my time on a Tuesday I placed the order - approximately 1/2 hour later I received notice the item had been prepared for shipment! Pros : Shipped quick and pretty well packed. Item condition is as described, although the charger sent was old and from a 1st generation smartphone. Not quality enough to work with this device

Con: I had to pay an extra fee on delivery. Shipper did not pay for accurate postage. Quite annoying if you ask me. A few words for you.... USPS Small Flat Rate box. Will cost you $1.50 more and get delivered much quicker. Don't pay for first class on an item this expensive.

Great price and the device came in great shape, but there was a mix up with the charger - the seller is doing all they can to rectify it, though. Would definitely buy from them again, but I had to take it down one star.
