I've purchased several used items online, but this has to be the best experience that I've ever had. From the point of sale, to the incredibly fast shipping, to what can only be described as an "unboxing experience" (absolutely everything was in its place, as described, and even arranged as if it were new, up to the postcard from Carl Pei from OnePlus [who keeps that?!] was placed on top of the phone as it does when purchased new)--everything was on point. He even included the "dummy SIMS" that act as placeholders in the SIM tray, and an extra lens wipe for a phone that definitely didn't need it.

When the founders of Swappa wanted to create a better platform for used tech sales--with the "No Junk" mantra as its guiding principle--they probably had this seller in mind. Thanks for being a seller with integrity. I really appreciate it.
