Seller listed phone in mint condition but I received phone in fair condition. Packaging was great. We agreed on partial refund. I believe he made a honest mistake of not properly inspecting screen for scratches because at the glance they're hard to be seen and I think he won't make same mistake again in future sales and that you can be confident that you'll receive item as described.
