Pros: product checked out in regards to performance and seller provided quick shipping.

Cons: The description was: "The device is in top condition. No signs of use at all. No dents or scratches." While cleaning the grime off of the body, a dent in the bottom part of the case was discovered; I opted not to return it since everything else checked out, but seller was only interested in taking product back in lieu of a discount since product was not as advertised.

Takeaway: seller will get it to you quick, but it may not be as clean or dent-free as advertised, and the only remedy will be a return.

Shipped out the phone very quickly and for a good price, however didn't provide good pictures of the only 2 major scratches on the screen of which 1 is noticeable with the screen on (bummer). Phone works well.

Iphone came quicker than anticipated! Unfortunately, the phone turns off whenever I send/receive phone calls - but Moe was able to help me resolve the issue and was very accommodating. I would buy again.
