Shipping was quick, and the transaction was successful. The phone was in the neighborhood of being described accurately, although there were some scratches and wear that were not mentioned, but I'm sure the omissions weren't intentional. The seller was a bit sloppy when it came to tracking information being provided, and I had to to contact him a couple of times to clarify, but again, the phone was shipped quickly and was received promptly. The one aspect that I didn't appreciate from the seller (and subsequently the Swappa staff) was the post-sale communication regarding marking the item received with PayPal, which at times became somewhat rude in my opinion; however, the seller did acknowledge his error and did apologize. Overall, the transaction was fine, the price was very good, I am satisfied with the transaction, and I'd purchase again from Harland. Better communication would be the only suggestion I'd offer.

Listing mentioned only a couple of small scratches on screen but it was full of small hairline scratches aside from the two mentioned. Also marks of worn out paint on frame and a few small scratches. I would have rated this as "fair" condition , definitely not as "good". Full disclosure from sellers when it comes to damage is always appreciated.

There was a bit of a deep scratch on the bezel of the watch the seller didn't mention before the purchase.

Seller agreed to negotiated price, I bought the watch, then he canceled the sale because he didn't want to honor our agreement. Since this has happened once before (check his feedback), I can't recommend doing business with this Seller.

There was some discrepancy between the listing and "items included" in the sale. Because of this, I ended up not getting the extra S/M band (that fits me) and the box. The seller and I were both able to come to an agreement and the issue was resolved. As a side note, the watch took longer than expected to arrive. If the opportunity arose to purchase from this seller again, would I do it? Probably. Though it wasn't the cleanest of transactions, I am pleased. Four stars.
