This device is very nice. It came expertly packed. It works great. All buttons and charge port are good. I only have one complaint. I neglected to ask the ios. This is my opportunity to teach. Apple devices should only be updated one operating system above the one issued with, (i.e. ipad 4 issued with ios 6 should not be upgraded past ios 7.) This has ios 9 on it which makes it jumpy and slow. My twin ipad 4 128gb runs circles around this thing with ios 6.0 on it. Since you can't go backwards with apple ios (unless you jailbreak and plan ahead), it would be best to leave upgrading to the buyer if you haven't already done it before you decide to sell. Just a lesson for all who happen to read this. Since speed isn't that critical (I need storage), i'll make it work. Thanks, Ray
