Duan was very prompt, replying and then shipping very shortly after payment was sent. The phone came packed well in its original box with all of the original packing materials, as well as the case as noted. It was exactly as described and pictured. It does appear the pillow pack got popped/deflated, but that was likely in shipping and nothing was damaged.
