The device is in mint condition with no visible damage. Shipping was quick, good communication from seller during the entire process and item is well packaged. Slight issue that the MS power port doesn't seem to work but there is a type C option to charge the device. Fantastic seller nonetheless.

The item was shipped quickly and in great condition! No issues. Only thing I didn’t realize is that it was refurbished. I don’t know how to tell that in an ad so perhaps that’s my fault but I’m enjoying my laptop for weeks now without issue.
