The phone looks to be in excellent condition. Only thing I was a little disappointing about was that a charger was not included. Nevertheless this was a solid purchase. I would recommend the seller.

Gene was prompt with the whole process from questions to shipping, even when I made a mistake with my billing address. I also had an issue with the phone verifying my identity and he went out of his way to help me when I couldn't find the answer anywhere else after hours of researching--he called me and I resolved within minutes!

Seller sent a phone that was DOA as supported by immediate and clear photos of a green screen out of the box. Phone was returned, seller changed exchange offer to paid repair offer and refused refund. Stalled paypal case a week, filed appealed, stalled almost 2 weeks. Seller then showed paypal a "cracked" screen (circular scratch which "required magnification to see"?) which absolutely not done on me end. I went over a month without my money. Seller replied to email and swappa but not PayPal. Paypal ultimately ruled in my favor and issued a refund. Purchased from a different honest seller and got a great phone.
