Quentin did a great job answering my questions and providing pictures when I asked him. The product was in great shape, and he sent along 3!! cables, a case, and a vent clip along with, so that was great to have him go above and beyond. The packaging was excellent. The product and accessories were very secure. Just SO MUCH BUBBLE WRAP! If I were 11 or so, I would be in bubble wrap heaven. That reminds me, I DO know a kid who might like this stuff...
