Joshua seemed to be a bit busy due to his work schedule and it would have been nice to have known this beforehand as he didn't ship the item within 2 days per the Swappa terms. He also wasn't very communicative and didn't ship the item when he initially promised he would. After some prompting, he did generate a shipping label but it still took two additional days for him to drop off at the post office which he didn't let me know about.

However, the items arrived as described and in good condition. He was also flexible on the price and was responsive during the initial communications. I would certainly do another deal with him but try to nail down a definitive shipping date!

I cannot recommend this seller enough to anyone considering buying a used android phone. The phone was in the exact condition described on the listing. Pictures provided on the listing helped me know exactly what I was buying. Communication with the seller was exceptional. Whenever I had a question it was answered quickly and thoroughly. Shipping was quite speedy on the phone, I ordered it on a Saturday night and received it Wednesday afternoon. The only complaint I have regarding the entire purchase is with the activation process. After trying to activate the phone I was required to get a new SIM card from Verizon before the phone would work. However, this is an issue with Verizon, not with the seller. All in all, the purchase was well worth what I paid and I would highly recommend the seller to anyone.

pretty much perfect transaction. My only reason for not 5 stars is because I asked for the IMEI before he marked it shipped but he did not send it to me. Phone is good though, so all is well. Thanks again!
