The watch arrived in perfect condition. Shipping was fast. The added screen protectors and application tool was nice surprise.

No issues with the seller. The vibration motor on the 6s I bought originally did not work when I first received it. But the Seller was very communicative and we walked through different diagnosis scenarios. Thankfully was able to get the motor working again after opening up the phone and putting it back together. Looks like it might have been a rough shipment or something that bumped the motor's contacts. Overall the phone is now working.
I do recommend Swappa add "test whether the phone can vibrate" to their "Checklist after receiving a phone"

Everything was received timely and as pictured. I have no complaints and would buy from this seller again.

I would not recommend buying anything from this seller at all. Where do I begin, first he list the device in "Good" condition. When it came, it is was in FAIR condition if not worse than that. His photos did not show ALL of the damage on the phone. The laminate on the screen was coming off the screen due to a crack in the glass or something. When I tried to contact him about returning the device he tells me all sales are final and he does not do refunds. Clearly on his sales page it states if the device arrives not as described refunds are accepted. So basically not only did he misrepresent the description of the device he also misrepresented his own polices. With refusal to give me back my money I had to go through PayPal resolution to get my money back. PayPal reviewed the case and decided to refund me my money because all the evidence I presented showed that this person is a bad seller and should be banned from using Swappa in the future. If I could give a zero I would.

This was a rather unpleasant experience for me. I received the device and immediately saw a few red flags (discoloring of LCD, screen not lying flat, scratch on the edge) which I was unhappy with. I asked for a return in which he refused. This is particularly alarming because there is a series of checks and balances and Byron believes he can override and "not allow returns". With his knowledge of paypal, he used terms in the dispute like, "buyer didn't want item". Which was untrue. I just didn't want a damaged device. As a whole, I would personally never do business with this seller again.
