Seller was very good at communicating and staying in touch, keeping the buyer informed on the status of the phone, and shipped the package out in a swift and timely manner. I received the item in (essentially) mint condition. There was already a screen protector on it, which I appreciated, and everything, including the box, seemed brand new.
