Excellent phone and accessories as well as wonderful service from the shipper, who obviously cares about the buyer. Responses and shipping were both speedy, and detailed help was provided when asked.

Phone looks brand new and works well. Charger base doesn't work but I have plenty of those. Only problem was the delivery from USPS. No fault of the seller, but they never attempted to deliver or redeliver the item so I had to pick up from post office.
