The phone was shipped promptly and was as described. I had issues getting the phone to read the SIM card so I couldn't activate the phone for almost 3 weeks till I was able to resolve the problem and he was always quick to respond when answers were needed . He was patient when I delayed the completion of the transaction till I could activate the phone and make sure everything worked.

Shipping was great. Product came in original packaging. Responsive to questions and honest about condition. Overall a great experience through Swappa and with Seong.
