A big hassle with this seller. A sale was agreed upon and $$$ was sent, however, he alleged a dispute with the fees charged by Swappa and decided to cancel the sale. After he told us the sale was cancelled, we purchased from someone else; and just as suddenly he said the sale was on. By that time we didn't want it and held him to his word of cancelling the sale. We think its seller's remorse as he claimed he could sell it for more and he re-advertised it a higher price. I'm surprise Swappa would allow this type of behavior as the seller had a contractural obligation

The phone I recieved was just as the seller described. New, in box, and perfect condition. I have had the phone for 3 weeks now and it works perfectly. No issues with hooking up service through my carrier (metro) and so far no issues with the phone itself.
