Phone arrived with serious hardware/software issues. Apple disclosed the original owner knew of this yet the phone was sold on Swappa anyway. Definitely would steer clear of this seller in the future.

The seller sent it out within hours after I bought it. I couldn't believe how fast he was at shipping it. I had a few concerns, and he was very professional and polite in handling them. I would buy from him again.
