bought phone, seller wasn't able to deliver due to family emergency.

he attempted to refund money, and there were issues on Paypal's side so the process was delayed. From when i purchased until the refund was processed it took two weeks. During the back and forth on the payment issues, seller's communication was inconsistent.

Based on his other feedback it seems like my experience was unusual, and i did get my money back eventually, but again, communication wasn't great and it took longer then it should have for me to get my money back.

Excellent service. The phone was very well packaged, with plenty of padding to protect it during shipping. Everything worked as expected. A fantastic experience!
