Seller confirmed with me that the phone was going to be used on GSM networks. I confirmed. Out of the box I get a text message on the device upon activation stating the phone was locked. I reset the phone and put in another SIM card. it eventually worked. I have successfully used this with Verizon Wireless in addition to T-Mobile & AT&T. The phone itself is in like-new/mint condition. Functions are working and battery level is 100%. Since there is no buyer's remorse returns I will probably just resell it.

There were shipping issues but that was on the USPS not the seller. Seller was very helpful and refunded the 2-day shipping cost I had paid while the USPS sorted it out. Item arrived as described.
