This is the best seller I've ever worked with in my long history of buying used technology. I purchased a tablet that came with a pen. The package was damaged in transit and the pen fell out of the box. For me, the pen was one of the big selling points about the tablet. I contacted this seller and he immediately ordered and drop shipped me a brand new (and pricey) OEM pen replacement with apologies. Of course, the damaged box (a flat rate USPS box) was not his fault, but he jumped in immediately and made it right. He was also an excellent communicator throughout the whole process and checked up on me. I can't recommend him highly enough. Thank you!
