The iPad was on the stolen or lost list by Verizon and could not have its cellular activated with them. Had to return to seller. Jason refunded me, but it was a huge hassle in the end for a device that didn't work as needed.

Update: My phone was found to be financed and actually disabled after about 3 months of use. I followed the protocols through swappa and paypal and Jason gave me a full refund.
The phone I actually received was the same one Jason posted and was told was financed, he then provided a different number and swappa allowed him to reopen the auction. I then bought the phone and received the phone he originally posted and was told he could not sell. He says this was just a mistake he had two similar phones etc.

At the end of the day this was an inconvenient situation and I got a full refund. Overall, the system from paypal and swappa worked to protect buyers from sellers selling something they should not. I am not sure what star rating to give Jason, he sent me the wrong product but then ultimately gave me a refund (though he didn't really have a choice, paypal basically would have made him). So I'd say 3/5, good job accepting return but should have never inconvenienced me like this.

Phone was not new as listed, had a very hard to notice scuff on screen but did not affect view or operation. Besides that, seller was quick to respond to concerns and was professional. Just make sure description is more accurate in future.

Got the phone in time. It was the same as described. Great seller!

Currently fighting with seller who sold me iPhone 6s with cracked lens. He stated
"I'll be more than happy to cover any costs to fix."

Once I got it fixed he's refusing to pay for the repair costs and now states:
"I would've had him send the phone back and fix the phone myself. My best friend owns a cellphone repair shop and would only charged me like $10."

I'll update my review if things change but in the current state I'd recommend avoiding the seller because he's currently scamming me by telling me he'll pay to have it fixed and then refuse to cover the cost of the fix. AND not listing it as a cracked lens

The item I received was not as described. The phone was supposed to be unlocked, but it wasn't. I've contacted the seller to send the phone back. While they refunded me the price of the phone, the shipping cost of $8.55 was not refunded by the seller even though they promised to do so.
