Phone was shipped out very quickly! The phone looks as if it's brand new out of the box... I didn't see any scratches on the screen or body of the phone (and I immediately put it in a case to keep it that way!). I'm using this phone w/ Metro and was afraid I would run into some sort of problem, but it works fantastic! I wish that the phone was packed a little more securely in the box, but other than that everything is perfect! All features work on the phone and the charger works fine as well. Thank you! :)
