Purchased Apple Watch for my wife who a frontline healthcare worker. She was keeping the watch working with hard resets. It was a crazy time for her. Finally, after almost a month it locked permanently. Upon being notified, the seller was apologetic, polite, and responsive. He had purchased the watch and resold it right away, so he didn’t know it had a problem. We were able to work out a partial refund because almost a month had passed. Lost money, but that’s to be expected on the frontlines fighting a pandemic.
