Phone received just as described. An issue was caused by the postal service but the seller was very helpful and communicating with me until the issue was resolved. Excellent seller. A+

Packing job was terrible. One side of the device was exposed to the edge of the box without padding, and box had been dropped on that side by carrier. At least the case the device was shipped in provided some cushion.
Also would have been nice to have cleaned the device up before shipping. It was filthy.
