Just recieved it and so far it looks brand new. Great doing business with you!

Had to return phone as it was still locked, though I don't believe it was the seller's fault. Was sold factory sealed and T-Mobile repeatedly represented they had unlocked the phone but it wasn't working. Seller offered to refund and went to great lengths to try and correct it, but T-Mobile just couldn't seem to unlock their own phone.

No issues. Happy with my purchase. Delighted to find this version of kindle on swappa as it appears to be phasing out.
