While there were some issues that occurred with this sale, the seller treated me well and worked with me to make things right. That said, I still do not feel 5 stars would be accurate due to all the issues, but I would still recommend buying from him as he seems like a good guy that just had some hiccups with this sale.

Essentially, after buying the phone at one price the seller had tried to adjust the price higher, but it didn't update until after I had bought it. While I wasn't thrilled about it, we agreed to split the difference and I sent him the extra money. The phone was sent overnight, which was excellent. But when it arrived it had a long (but not deep) scratch on the screen (and a couple other minor scratches) that made it not meet the advertised "mint" condition. After contacting the seller, he took full responsibility for having not inspected the phone as closely as he should have and offered to either let me return it for a full refund or take some money off the sale.

Product came as advertised in mint condition with next day shipping, which was great. As a first-time buyer, both on Swappa and from this seller, I was very impressed. Plus the seller was friendly and very responsive to questions. Would recommend.
