While very cordial and respectful, the seller did protect the phone shipment beyond the bubble wrapped packaging and the case the seller purchased for the phone. The phone arrived unusable with the screen and even the back facing camera cracked beyond repair. UPS refunded the seller (over 10 business days) after I had filed the claim and the seller refunded the sale to me. The trouble would have been avoided with a little more bubble wrap.
