After the sale, seller mentioned that he was not interested in selling the phone anymore. What! Giving a neutral rating (instead of negative) because he did refund the money promptly. But what a waste of time.

No issues, was as described.

Seller took some time to ship and only after being asked for ETA; seller offered partial reimbursement for the delays and never followed through!

Phone was received in timely fashion. Condition appears to be as seller stated.

Despite the loss of a tracking number and some water damage during shipping, Steve was very helpful and still issued a partial refund. Great communication, but I'm taking off a star because keeping the shipping receipt and better packaging could have avoided the trouble. I'd still recommend Steve as a seller, but five stars is the "perfect" Swappa experience and this was a bit tarnished.
