The phone was described as new (resale), unfortunately, the phone had wear marks that indicated that this wasn't true. There are nicks and scratches on the bottom of the phone by the charging port, there is dirt residue around the camera, and the "otterbox" he said he would include, was not a real otterbox. The case was also painted on around the camera. Other than that, the phone is functioning alright. Does freeze occasionally, but other than that seems to function alright.

Horrible seller. I'll provide numerous reasons why:

1. Sold a phone for $520 that was listed as Verizon but was actually AT&T.
2. Phone was blacklisted because it still had installment payments on it.
3. Did not check the IMEI number before selling, did not own up to this issue.
4. Did not refund the $10-20 return shipping I paid to send the defective phone back. This was even after he agreed to do so.
5. Did not respond to Swappa's and Paypal's REPEATED requests to refund the money after receiving the item.
6. Did not respond to my requests to refund the money until a week after RECEIVING SAID ITEM.
7. IT took a month and a half after receiving the defective phone to get my refund.
8. He is a horrible seller and I don't care what the other reviewers say on here. He should be ashamed to have put me through this bullshit and it is absolutely unacceptable. He should be banned from Ebay, Swappa and Paypal.

Phone arrived on time and in the condition advertised. No issues, easy purchase.
