Phone came already broken

Seller failed to notify buyer item was shipped Promptly, however seller did reply quickly to note and item had been shipped. Packaging was poor. Phone appeared to be in working condition on receipt, but quickly noted a system glitch that froze the phone up during usage of Safari and Apps. Contacted SWAPPA and seller and was allowed to return the defective phone. Note that seller did refund the return shipment fee.
