Phone & accessories arrived as scheduled in original box. Phone had been factory reset making it ready for setup. Condition was as described or perhaps better as I needed a magnifying glass to see the advertised scratches on hinge. Phone freezes on occasion, not sure what that is about, perhaps it's a common issue?
